Terms and Conditions

1. Candidate hereby agrees to execute LPTR's Independent Contractor Agreement within 7 days of receiving written notice that lodging is resumed.
2. Candidate must authorize LTPR to lodge their Sales Associate or Broker Associate license immediately after signing LPTR's Independent Contractor Agreement.
3. Candidate must designate the Sponsor they intend to list when signing LPTR's Independent Contractor Agreement below.
4. If Candidate chooses a different Sponsor when executing LPTR's Independent Contractor Agreement, Candidate understands that their Downline will reset and waitlist position will be forfeit.

Nothing of Value Certification

I hereby certify that I was not offered or received anything of value by the referenced Sponsor in connection to listing said member as my Sponsor. Something of value includes access to exclusive office spaces, free coaching, tangible or intangible items, and any other thing to induce listing referenced member as my Sponsor.
